The experience was wonderful. Two aspects to highlight: The guides were good — the best was Paolla Orllando, who cared about the entire group, was attentive and showed friendly treatment. Amanda was also quite good. The worst guide was Luisa, who was more concerned about her daughters than attending kindly to the group of tourists. Regarding the food, most was excellent, except at La Cremaillere in Paris, where they didn't give us the main dish offered but instead fried chicken and bad-tasting fries. Overall the trip was great. Despite the high season in summer our tour went very well, except for the first hotel in Paris — the Novotel in Bagnolet — which was one to forget with three days of heat in the room, despite constant insistence at reception. Same opinion from several travel companions. Also a poor location with no good restaurants nearby. Hotels were good in the rest of the tour. The bus hosts were very good with bilingual information, but Mr. Manuel Martínez stood out for his knowledge and history of the different points visited.
