The trip started really good- throughout the Spain schedule, the tour guides were very friendly, helpful and they were very organized. However, the Paris tour was not well organized; the transfer from train station to hotel never showed up- we had to wait for over an hour and still now showed, we had to take taxi to get to the hotel. The tour guide was not prepared at all- she didn't communicate well with the travelers, didn't have any of the tickets for the sight seeing ready. The Funicular ride was scheduled for the 2nd day- when we got to the Montmartre district, she never said anything about the ride nor provided the tickets. When we got back, we asked about the ride, that's when she give us the tickets and said, that we can't do the ride however we can use the tickets for any local transport. Hotels & Breakfast: Sevilla hotel was not good at all- the rooms looked like a cheap Motel room- the bathroom ceilings were broken, the rooms were very very old and looked a little dirty. Other than this hotel, the rest were great- breakfast was excellent. overall I give this tour a 4 star just because Paris tour was not organized at all.

The worst travel experience I have ever had. I arrived with my sister in Madrid, we had requested wheelchairs. We sent a message to the number given to us, to let the staff know that we were having issues with the wheelchair and that we were delayed at arrivals. When we finally were able to leave we went out and we had no one waiting for us. We ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel. We couldn't call or send a message to anyone because we did not have Wi-Fi. And because no one picked us up, we ended missing some of the excursions that we had paid for. We didn't have a guide for the first day. It was very disorganized. We did not know where to go, who was in charge and no one had an idea who was in charge of the tour group. Two incidents happened when we traveled by train. One, they placed us in a group that we did not recognize. That was April 27th from Sevilla to Saragoza. We were not given tickets to get on the train. They kept on repeating that the tickets were a group ticket. In the group that we were told to follow, we ended up not having seats. We had to then move from the 4th cabin to the 16th cabin because someone saw that were placed in the wrong group. The second incident was April 29th from Barcelona to Paris. The people from Europamundo started screaming at us. Again, placing us in a group that we did not belong in. We had to push ourselves into the cabin because we did not want to get left behind. They wanted us to get off the train. Finally, they noticed that we had to be in another cabin with another group. When we arrived in Paris, we saw a man (driver) that had my name so we got in the car. He took us to the hotel, and we arrived around 9:00pm. Only to then find out that we did not have reservations. We argued because we knew it was the correct hotel. After hours of arguing, a lady from the hotel, called the company only to then find out that they registration had just been made. We ended up getting into our room at around 1:00am. If we had questions we would get screamed at. The guides were aggressive, almost like they were overworked. They did not want to help, and we felt as they were all upset with us. Everything was very disorganized, and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Overall the tour was good value in terms of included sightseeing. The hotels were generally fine if slightly out of the city centre. But transfers into the city is offered every day for dinner. Due to the large groups joining and leaving the tours, especially in large cities like Madrid, the morning of departure was chaotic. On the whole, if one travels with a degree of resilience and flexibility of attitude, it is fine. If you're expecting the same tour leader and group for the whole tour, then this isn't for you.

Tour was comprehensive, guides were well-informed, very helpful and friendly. Transport was good and accommodations were good. My only complaint, not necessarily attributed to the tour organization, were the sizes and number of crowds, for which I should have been personally prepared. I think as part of a future tour, I would concentrate on a specific area, region or city and not try to see an entire country in 10 days.

The tour was a great experience. I met a lot of great people and had so many great experiences. Our guides ranged from excellent to arrogant. The hotels for the most part were very good, with one exception. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone who would love to explore Spain.

The hotels were far from City centre, so we could not walk around close by at our convenience. The choice of hotels were also very substandard compared to the price we paid. Groups and guides kept changing which was also not the best. Overall experience was average.
