We would like to clarify that we were not aware that you required special assistance or a modified shower, and we have a 24-hour assistance service that was not contacted. Had we known, we would have been able to assign a room with an adapted shower for your safety and comfort. Additionally, we regret that you were injured, but we were not notified about the bruises, otherwise we would have been able to provide immediate medical assistance. Regarding hotel locations, as indicated before booking, not all hotels are centrally located, but all have access to public transportation nearby. We take all feedback about hotels and passenger safety very seriously and will review the situation with the accommodations to improve future tours.     Looking into a package for a client, planning something special for his anniversary for his wife. Would like to fly into Italy on July 6 with days available to visit and end in Paris, adding visit to the Eiffel tower and Venice, if possible to add these details.
