Itinerary
- Day 1
Belize City to Flores
You'll meet your group at 9:30 am in Belize and then head toward Flores. Along the way, there's a stop at Yaxha-Nakum-Naranjo National Park where you can walk through forested wetlands and check out the lagoons and pools. Keep an eye out for river turtles, spider monkeys, and peccaries while you're exploring. Once you get to Flores later in the day, you'll settle in and have a traditional Guatemalan dinner featuring chicken pepian.

- Day 2
Flores
Start with breakfast, then head to Tikal National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site with thousands of Mayan ruins spread across 575 square km of jungle. You'll see structures dating back to around 900 BC and learn about the historic Maya settlement. After returning to Flores for late lunch at a local restaurant, the afternoon is yours to wander around at your own pace.

Flores to Belize City
Leave Flores and travel back to Belize, stopping in San Ignacio for a Maya corn cooking class. You'll learn traditional cooking techniques, grinding corn on a metate and wrapping bollos in banana leaves, then eat the meal you made. Later, continue to Belize City for a rooftop farewell dinner.
