  This is an amazing tour, and I highly recommend it to anyone who has no experience traveling in this part of the world. My guide, Javier Miro, is very knowledgeable, and gave an excellent presentation of what we would be seeing, in both English and Spanish, responded to any questions we had, and if we asked him something he did not have an answer for, he researched the issue, and answered the question. Additionally, I still had a travel "itch" that I needed to scratch before returning to the States, and he encouraged me to go to Prague, which I did, and for which I am very appreciative. The tour is packed with visits to places that I've only seen pictures of, and each surpassed my expectations. I must have taken well over 2,000 pictures. Further, the guides (Javier, Selena, and Olga) took us to places that were gems in their own right - small towns and castles that I'd have never seen, without an expert leading the way. I had one communication glitch, at the outset of the tour, which was the guided tour of Berlin (the instructions at the hotel were on a page, written in Spanish - which I did not see - but Javier made sure that I got the same tour on the final day of the tour, with "Ugo (sp?)," who was excellent, as well, and ensured that I saw Berlin. The hotels we stayed in were first rate, clean, and the staff of each was very professional. The stay at the Park Inn, in Tallin, Estonia, is especially amazing, as I had no exposure to the "sauna culture" provided there. Male and Female saunas with a huge pool, which had different temperature hot tubs, pools, and various spray devices that blast the stress out of you. In addition to the buses, we were also transported on ferries, from N. Germany to Denmark, and again from Finland to Estonia, and we also had an overnight cruise on a Viking ship (with berths) from Stockholm to Helsinki (if memory serves). When you have to think hard about what these different cities look like, where you went and what you saw, you know you have experienced an awful lot, in a relatively short time. This was my first trip to Europe, and I could not be more satisfied with the operator's performance.   Rosia and Riccardo were excellent guides, especially Rosia, who provided well researched commentaries on the places we visited. It was a packed itinerary to cover as much of Scandinavia as possible. We saw and learnt so much on this tour. Accommodation was great with good buffet breakfast every morning. Fantastic value tour. Highly recommended.Show more

  Tge schedule says start at 8:30 I think we started at 7:40 at mall the latest. You are on the bus A LOT. You get on ride for a few hours then have a few hours off and then back on the bus. Our first guid was amazing. After that we had one of the worst guides ever, they gave false info, were hard to understand, nothing was ever clear and they apologized all the time for screw ups. We had to pick up or drop off at multiple hotels which made your 30-45 min trip into now a 2 hr trip. I wish it was more clear it says tour of colosseum, that is amazing quick walk around and outside corner. It says visit palace of versi, it costs money to go in palace and costs more money to go in garden. You book extras and tgey cancel them and give you a few hours notice. Hotels some are nice others leave a lot to be desired. Also on your bus you never know who you are getting. There are a lot of rude people and a crying 4 month old baby we got stuck with.Show more
