You'll arrive at your hotel in Vittorio Veneto, positioned in the foothills of the Dolomites. Spend time walking through the historic center, which splits into two districts: Serravalle and Ceneda, both filled with medieval architecture and Gothic palaces. The area's known for the Prosecco hills surrounding it, and you'll find plenty of options for wine tasting and nature walks if you want to get out and explore the countryside.

A guide will walk you through Vittorio Veneto's historic center to start the day, then you'll head into the Prosecco hills where vineyards cover the gentle slopes. You'll stop at a rustic winery to taste Prosecco and try some regional food, then continue to Arfanta, a small hamlet with views across rolling hills and villages below. The whole route gives you a good sense of how the wine region is laid out.

Pieve di Soligo
You'll walk through UNESCO World Heritage terrain with hilly landscapes scattered with small houses and chapels. After that, the trail descends toward Pieve di Soligo, where you can see the cathedral and walk along the waterfront promenade.

Along the way, you'll pass small rural hamlets and old churches, including the Romanesque chapel of San Vigilio, plus family-run wineries. You'll finish in Valdobbiadene, the main town for Prosecco, where you'll find wineries and local restaurants.
