Phoebe was absolutely incredible throughout our UME Travel 5 Days Full Moon Party Tour from Koh Samui. With travellers arriving from different parts of the world and all on different flight schedules, her communication and coordination with the on-the-ground team was amazing from start to finish. There was nothing too big or too small to ask of her. Every question, detail, and request was handled with care, professionalism, and patience, which made the entire experience feel stress-free and enjoyable for everyone involved. The on-the-ground crew were always on time, informative, friendly, and organized, making transfers and daily movements seamless throughout the trip. Having a private guide and driver truly elevated the whole experience and allowed us to relax knowing everything was taken care of. Our tour was completely personally. tailored, changed and changed again until my group felt that everything they needed was put together way it felt right for our overall experience and it was delivery with complete understanding of all the groups needs in mind. Managing a group of 10 people with different needs, personalities, schedules, and requests could have easily become overwhelming, however having Phoebe on board felt like having a personal team member dedicated to making sure everything flowed smoothly behind the scenes. Phoebe genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we all felt supported and looked after from beginning to end. The Full Moon Party experience itself was unforgettable, but what really stood out was the exceptional service, communication, and care throughout the entire journey. I look forward to collaborating again in the future and would highly recommend Phoebe and UME Travel to anyone wanting a seamless, memorable, and well-organized Thailand experience. We felt communication was poor, it was unclear where and when we were meeting on the first day. It would be more appropriate if the guide communicated some days prior saying where to meet, confirming the hotel and address. We didnt know if we were being met at check-in or the next day. Notifications were not consistent with the expectations we were given about timing, our guide Kevin had to communicate with Edward as we had no notification from him up until the evening prior to arriving in Kyoto. Other aspects of the trip were better handled, and Sia ShouShou was awesome, sending two detailed itineraries of our time with her 6 days prior to meeting with her. We felt we could have seen more aspects of Japanese culture besides many shrines and temples, and advice on other displays or experiences we could have done in the evening, and advice about where to have dinner locally. The hotels were a good standard and the Osaka Sheraton very handy for trains and transferring to the airport.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
