Itinerary
- Day 1
Victoria Falls
You'll arrive in Zimbabwe and get settled at Victoria Falls. There's a welcome meeting at 6 pm where everyone gathers together, so if you get there early, you can look into optional activities like scenic helicopter flights through Zambezi Helicopter Company. After the meeting wraps up, you'll have dinner with your group and start getting to know your fellow travelers.

- Day 2
Victoria Falls to Elephant Sands
Head out from Victoria Falls toward Elephant Sands, stopping at the Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust to learn about wildlife rescue and anti-poaching work. You might see rescued or orphaned animals while you're there. After crossing into Botswana at Kazungula border, you'll reach your lodge in a private concession near Chobe Forest Reserve. Take a guided bush walk through the 16,000 hectare conservancy to spot wildlife like the 'Little Five' species. By evening, settle in overlooking the waterhole with a glass of wine and watch for animals coming to drink.

Elephant Sands to Maun
You'll drive toward Maun, arriving in the afternoon at this bustling town on the edge of the Okavango Delta. If you're interested, your trip leader can help arrange an optional scenic helicopter flight over this UNESCO World Heritage site. You'll stay at a comfortable hotel on the town's outskirts for the night.

- Day 4
Maun to Okavango Delta
After breakfast in Maun, head northwest toward the Okavango Delta, taking in the scenery along the way. The last 12 km requires a 4WD transfer to reach your lodge on the edge of Guma Lagoon, where you'll stay for the next two nights.

Landmarks Guma Lagoon - Day 5
Okavango Delta
Paddle through the Okavango Delta in traditional dugout canoes, moving through papyrus and reed beds to reach lily-covered lagoons and islands. Watch for elephants, antelope, warthogs, and other wildlife as you go. You'll do a short bush walk on one of the islands before heading back to the lodge for lunch. Spend the afternoon by the pool, then finish with sunset views over the lagoon.

Landmarks Okavango Delta - Day 6
Okavango Delta to Namibia
After breakfast, take the 4WD transfer back and drive toward Namibia. Cross the border and check into your new lodge, then have a relaxed afternoon to soak in the surroundings. Later, head out on a sunset river cruise along the Okavango River in the Kavango-Zambezi Region, keeping an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and the views of Popa Falls.

Namibia to Kasane
Travel through the Caprivi Strip in the Kavango-Zambezi Transfrontier Park, crossing back into Botswana to reach Kasane, a town surrounded by Chobe National Park. This area has Africa's largest elephant population along with plenty of birdlife, hippos, and more. Spend your time exploring the town, relaxing by the lodge pool, sitting by the outdoor fire, or watching the sunset over the Chobe River.

- Day 8
Chobe National Park
Head out early for a dawn game drive in Chobe National Park where you might see elephants at the water, large herds of cape buffalo, and plenty of impala. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast and have the rest of the day at your own pace. In the afternoon, you can take an optional sunset cruise on the Chobe River to spot elephant families, birds like saddle-billed storks and fish eagles, hippos, and crocodiles. Grab a drink from the onboard bar and watch the sunset.

Kasane to Victoria Falls
Have breakfast at the lodge before heading to the Zimbabwean border. After border formalities, drive to Victoria Falls, arriving around 11 am. Your tour ends here and no accommodation is included tonight, though you can arrange an extension with your booking agent beforehand. If you're staying longer, you can visit the falls and try activities like whitewater rafting or canoeing.
