- Lesson 2: Preparation of vegetables and lentils, Onion-Tomato Gravy-Based Dishes (Dal Tadka and Veg Jalfrezi), Preparation of rice
- Lesson 3: Green Gravy-Based Dish (Palak Paneer), White Gravy-Based Dish (Shahi Paneer), Preparation of rice
- Lesson 4: Makhani Gravy Dishes (Dal Makhani, Butter Masala Chap, Butter Chicken), Indian Breads (Chapati and Laccha Paratha)
- Lesson 5: Preparation of Biryani and Pulav, Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, Vegetable Biryani, Vegetable Pulav
