Itinerary
- Day 1
Paris
Your Paris adventure kicks off with a welcome meeting at 6 pm. If you land earlier in the day, there's time to wander around the Louvre or head to the Eiffel Tower, or you could grab a picnic and relax in one of the city's gardens. After you meet up with the group, you'll check out some local restaurants and start getting to know your fellow travelers.

Paris to Brussels
Train takes you from Paris to Brussels in the morning. Once you arrive, your leader walks you through the city highlights and stops somewhere for traditional Belgian fries. The rest of your day is open, so you can visit the Manneken Pis statue, head to the Musical Instrument Museum, or wander through the Ilot Sacre area checking out the food and bars.

Brussels
This day in Brussels is all yours. Walk through the Jeu de Balle Flea Market, pop into the Cantillon Brewery or Magritte Museum, or spend time at the Grand Place. If you want something different, Mini Europe Attraction Park is another option. In the evening, you'll meet back up with your group for dinner at a local restaurant.

Brussels to Ghent
After breakfast, take the train to Ghent, a medieval port city northwest of Belgium. Your local leader takes you on an orientation walk through the streets. The rest of the day is yours to spend however you like. You could visit Gravensteen Castle, take a guided boat tour on the canal, or try local dishes like gentse waterzooi at a restaurant.

Ghent to Bruges
Head to Bruges by train, a coastal city that feels like something out of a fairy tale with its medieval buildings and canals. You have the full day to explore on your own. Walk through the UNESCO-protected Old Town, look at the Gothic and Renaissance architecture, or visit the Basilica of the Holy Blood. That evening you'll head back to Ghent for dinner and try moules-frites.

Travel to Amsterdam, known for its narrow houses and art scene. Your leader guides you around town and takes you to FEBO, a local food spot that's been around for years. After that, the day opens up for you to check out Anne Frank's House, the historic De Waag building, or visit the Heineken Museum to learn about Dutch beer history.

Amsterdam to Rotterdam
Day trip to Rotterdam, Europe's largest seaport. You'll visit the Floating Farm, the world's first self-sufficient dairy farm, and learn how sustainable farming works. In the afternoon, you can explore Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen or climb Euromast Observation Tower for views across the city. You'll return to Amsterdam for a free evening.
