- Day 1
Istanbul
You'll arrive at Istanbul airport and get transferred to your 5-star hotel in Sultanahmet Old Town. The rest of the day is yours to spend however you like. Walk around the historic streets, check out the centuries-old buildings, or just relax at the hotel before things get going.

Istanbul
After breakfast, you'll head out on a guided tour of Istanbul's Old City where Byzantine and Ottoman history blend together. You'll see Topkapi Palace with its views over the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, and the Grand Bazaar. By evening you're back at your hotel with time to unwind or do whatever optional activities interest you.

Istanbul to Cappadocia
You'll check out after breakfast and head to the airport for a domestic flight to Cappadocia, which takes about 1 hour 20 minutes. If timing works, you might fit in more Istanbul sites before leaving. Once you land in Cappadocia, a transfer takes you to your cave hotel where you can relax for the rest of the day.

Cappadocia
There's an optional hot air balloon ride at sunrise if you're interested, where you'll float over fairy chimneys and valleys. After breakfast, your guide takes you through Cappadocia's natural features including Devrent Valley's rock formations, Pasabag's fairy chimneys, Avanos Town's pottery work, the Underground City, and Göreme Open-Air Museum with its cave churches. You'll head back to your hotel in the evening for a quiet night.

- Day 5
Cappadocia to Kusadasi
After breakfast you'll check out and get transferred to the airport for your flight to Izmir, about 1 hour 35 minutes (or up to 4 hours if there's a connection). You'll arrive in Izmir and transfer to your 5-star hotel in Kusadasi on the Aegean coast. Spend the rest of the day exploring the waterfront, beaches, bazaars, or grab seafood with a view of the water.

Landmarks Kusadasi - Day 6
Kusadasi to Pamukkale
You'll check out after breakfast and take a 20-minute van ride to Ephesus, a UNESCO site with impressive ancient ruins including the Temple of Artemis and theaters. There's an optional stop at the House of Virgin Mary if that interests you. Then it's a 2 to 3 hour drive to Pamukkale, where you'll check into your 5-star thermal hotel overlooking the healing waters and travertine terraces.

Pamukkale to Istanbul
After breakfast, you'll check out and go on a guided tour of Pamukkale's natural and historical sites. You'll walk through the white limestone travertine pools filled with mineral water, explore Roman baths and the ancient theater at Hierapolis, and can optionally swim in Cleopatra's Pool if you want (there's an extra fee). Later you'll transfer to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul, heading to the Taksim area near Istiklal Street for the evening.

Istanbul to Cairo
You'll have breakfast at your Istanbul hotel, then check out and transfer to the airport for your international flight to Cairo. After landing, someone will meet you and take you to your 5-star hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is open for you to relax at the hotel, walk around Cairo's streets, or try some local food.

Cairo
Following breakfast, your guide will lead you through Egypt's major sights. You'll stand in front of the three great pyramids at Giza plus the Sphinx, then move on to the Egyptian Museum to see artifacts and Tutankhamun's treasures. After that you'll visit the Hanging Church in Coptic Cairo and the Ben Ezra Synagogue. The afternoon takes you through Islamic Cairo's Khan El Khalili Bazaar with its gold, spices, and crafts. You'll return to your hotel in the evening.

- Day 10
Cairo to Aswan
You'll transfer to the airport after breakfast for your domestic flight to Aswan. Your guide meets you and takes you to Philae Temple on an island in the Nile, dedicated to the goddess Isis. After that tour, you'll board your 5-star Nile cruise, which becomes your home for the next few days. You'll get a welcome drink, settle into your cabin, watch the river, and enjoy the sunset from the deck.

Aswan to Kom Ombo
You'll leave early to see Abu Simbel, one of Egypt's most important archaeological sites with huge statues of Ramses II and detailed wall carvings. After the tour, you'll sail down the Nile with lunch served on board. Later you'll visit Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus, and check out the Crocodile Museum with mummified remains before returning to the cruise.

Kom Ombo to Luxor
You'll wake to the rhythm of the Nile as you continue toward ancient sites. After breakfast, you'll visit Edfu Temple, one of Egypt's best-kept Greco-Roman temples dedicated to Horus with detailed reliefs showing his victory. The cruise continues toward Luxor, arriving in the afternoon for an East Bank tour of Karnak Temple, Egypt's largest temple complex, and Luxor Temple from around 1400 BCE.

Luxor to Cairo
There's an optional early morning hot air balloon ride over Luxor's West Bank if you're interested. After breakfast and checking out from your cruise, you'll explore the Colossi of Memnon, the Valley of the Kings with richly decorated royal tombs, and Hatshepsut's elegant terraced mortuary temple. Then you'll transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo, leaving the evening open for relaxation.
