We had an exceptional experience with TourRadar, thanks to Cristian’s outstanding planning and support. He designed a custom 18-day itinerary for us that made the absolute most of our time. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and we were able to see so many incredible places without ever feeling rushed. Cristian handled all of our in-country flights seamlessly and even stepped in to help us check in with the airlines, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The accommodations were consistently wonderful, and each tour we went on was memorable in its own way. What really stood out was Cristian’s care throughout the trip. He checked in with us daily and was always available, day or night, whenever we had questions or needed assistance. That level of support made the whole experience feel easy and well looked after. We had a fantastic trip, even being on a bus for 31 hours added to the experience. The tours were well organised, fun to be on and good value for money, especially the white water rafting in Argentina. The hostels were basic but comfortable and had there own trips and experiences you could join which we did. The only criticism is that I wouldn't have done the Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls, the Brazilian side was a far better experience and enough to see the falls and another day on the other side wasn't needed, replace it with another trip would be my advice. All in all it was a fantastic trip and great value for money. We added a 3 night stay in Manaus in the Amazon on Anaconda island before the trip started, it was a great experience too.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 24th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 24th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with HI Travel South America. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and HI Travel South America will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "HI Travel South America" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
