The tours were good and everything worked out. However, my itinerary stated a pick up and transfer on day 1 and day 4. They did not happen and I took a taxi instead. The hotel Los Ñiros was very pleasant. The location (15min by taxi from the center) may not be suitable for everybody.

Overall the ship experience was excellent. Prior to the trip communication between Quark, Exodus and Tour Radar was poor.
