  One area that could be improved was the tour guide’s ability to switch between Spanish and English. A considerable amount of time was spent explaining things in Spanish, followed by only a brief explanation in English. This sometimes made it difficult for English-speaking guests to keep up, and on occasions we missed important information about the places we were visiting. Perhaps introduce Whispers in Spanish and English this way all languages can be understood of the places we were passing by Another issue was the timing of lunch, which was often very late, sometimes as late as 3:30 pm. As we were generally doing a city tour before stopping for lunch, it may have worked much better to have lunch first and then continue with the city tour. This would have made the day more comfortable and avoided such a late lunches.Show more

  The tour was packed with lots of places to visit. The itinerary was well planned, and although it was hectic, it was still enjoyable. However, the tour seemed to cater more to the 90% of travellers who were Latinas, with approximately 80–90% of the tour commentary conducted in Spanish and only 10–20% in English. For the English-speaking travellers, they would have appreciated a more balanced distribution of commentary in both languagesShow more
