We were expecting some WA communication from the local tour company on regular basis. There was a phone number provided in the document but did not get any response in questions via WA.   Here's a packing list in paragraph form for the Ecuador & Galapagos Islands Explorer (7 days) tour. It's designed for warm, tropical island conditions with some light hiking and boat excursions.
  
  You'll want lightweight, quick-dry clothing such as T-shirts and shorts, plus a couple of long-sleeved sun/UV shirts for protection. Bring a light sweater or jacket for cooler mornings and evenings, and a waterproof or lightweight rain jacket for sudden showers. Swimwear is essential (it's a good idea to pack more than one set), and casual evening clothes for dinners or walking around town. Comfortable walking shoes are important for uneven terrain, and water shoes or sturdy sandals are useful for wet landings and beaches.
  
  For sun protection, pack high-SPF reef-safe sunscreen, a broad-brimmed hat or cap, and sunglasses. You'll also want a small daypack for daily excursions, a reusable water bottle, a quick-dry towel, and a dry bag to keep belongings dry during boat trips. Binoculars are helpful for wildlife spotting.
  Bring your camera with extra batteries and memory cards, plus chargers and a travel adapter (Ecuador uses US-style plugs). For toiletries and health, pack your usual items, prescription medications, and a small first-aid kit. If you're prone to motion sickness, consider seasickness remedies.
  
  Travel essentials include your passport (valid for at least six months), photocopies of documents, travel insurance details, and some US dollars in cash since ATMs can be limited on the islands.
