Niagara Falls
Head out on a boat tour right up to the base of Horseshoe Falls (they provide raincoats). Later you'll have dinner with views of the falls, and then visit the Illumination Tower where you can create your own light display projected onto Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls - Thousand Islands - Ottawa
You'll cruise through the Thousand Islands region of the St. Lawrence Seaway, where the waterway opens up to reveal hundreds of small islands dotting the landscape. From the boat, you'll pass by fairy-tale castles and grand waterside mansions that tell stories from different eras. The area has a colorful history that spans from the days when pirates and bootleggers operated in these waters to the later period when wealthy families built their opulent Gilded Age estates on the islands. This cruise gives you a chance to see the architecture and learn about how the region developed from a rough frontier into a destination for the wealthy elite.

There you'll have a hearty Quebecois dinner and learn how maple syrup is actually made from start to finish.

Vancouver to Sun Peaks
