With limited time to organize everything, I truly appreciated Judith’s responsiveness, local expertise, and thoughtful suggestions for accommodations and activities. She consistently provided excellent customer service and went out of her way to make the planning process as stress-free as possible. Although I ultimately couldn’t book through her due to a tight budget, I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism and generosity with her time. Perfect vacation. I went w friends to Quito and surrounding area including mindo , Cotopaxi and Otavalo. We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Our tour guide was excellent ( Linda ) helping us make the itinerary that suited us. She was available with any questions throughout. She was very accommodating and helped us with last minute changes as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Authentic Ecuador. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Authentic Ecuador will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
