  We did 13 day tour of Spain including Northern Spain which I was keen to see & was well worth going to. The tour had a great itinerary & it went to every place & included sight seeing tours in all the cities plus at least 3 fantastic dinners. Was priced very well compared because the tour buses meet up in certain areas & swap you over to the one going your direction but we knew this upfront & were happy with how any changes were advised beforehand your luggage & yourselves moved across smoothly to a different bus, new people (often a bonus lol) & new guides. Very happy with Europamundo tour.Show more

  Overall, it was a good trip! Driver on van picked us up per itinerary. Our big bus was nice, comfy & clean. Great driver; he kept windows clean & streak free so we can take nice photos. Excellent tour guide; very personable & congenial. Punctual. Hotels were all nice, decent, clean but 2 original hotels per itinerary were changed. The not so good part is that all the sights we were scheduled to see were closed on Dec 31 & Jan 1.Show more

  Overall my wife and I enjoyed the tour to northern Spain immensely. The mountain scenery is stunning in Northern Spain and the people are welcoming. The trip was well planned. We were lucky enough to see the annual festival dedicated to Spanish bullfighting albeit using imitation bulls, in Tordesillas; and catch a fleeting glimpse of the cyclists in the annual Vuelta a Espana 2023, as they hurtled through the tiny mountain village of Santillan a Del mar at a mere 100kmph on stage 16, a hill climb through the mountains. The Drivers and Couriers were pleasant and helpful. The Hotels well located and comfortable. However, we did have to change our coach twice as travellers were going on different tours. This is how we missed out on the event we we looking forward to most on day 4 the wine museum at La Rioja, Santo Domingo de la Calzada. If we had changed coaches at the hotel in Santander in the morning we would have gone to the wine museum. However we were asked to change coaches in Bilbao at lunchtime and missed out as the other coach had already visited the museum. This unfortunately has soured our trip. I understand that it it the fault of 'Europamundo' and not Tour Radar and therefore would ask you to speak to them as other customers of yours will surely not want to miss out on the museum. I assume that you will issue a refund to me. Also, I can make my concerns known on 'Trip Adviser' about 'Europamundo' so that other unsuspecting customers do not miss out. The visit to the wine museum is one of the reasons for taking the trip. Mr KB from the UK.Show more

Exploring so many captivating destinations in a snapshot of time can be quite an adventure, and we always strive to include the perfect amount of time at each location for some in-depth discovery. I explain what happened, in your circuit do not have included the wine museum, if not the entrance to the caves of Altamira. The wine museum is included for passengers who continue to Zaragoza, you changed their bus because your circuit was going to Santander. Please if you want to check you can see the detailed itinerary that is in your booking. Europamundo team.

  I was happy with the places we stopped and the quality of the hotels. I did not like having to change buses multiple times (with luggage), the quality of the coach was just average, and the length of time spent in some places was far too short or far too long based on the attractions/ activities available there. I knew this tour would be in both Spanish and English. However, only after the tour had already started did I notice that the "guides" mostly spoke Spanish or Portuguese and our English guide translated almost nothing for us. I cannot speak Spanish but I understand it so I knew we were not getting even half of the information the other people on the tour were getting. Because this short tour was part of a much longer trip (months long for some), people were coming and going daily and therefore it was hard to socialize, keep track of the group, and understand expectations (being on time, keeping track of belongings, tipping, etc.). I would not recommend this tour company for English speakers, families with small children, or people with mobility issues.Show more
