Santiago
Start the day with a guided tour through Santiago, which sits between the Andes mountains and the Pacific coast. You'll have the afternoon to yourself to walk around the city however you'd like. For dinner, you can choose between Liguria Lastarria if you want traditional Chilean food, or Ambrosia for a mix of Chilean and French cooking.

After that, grab lunch at a local vineyard before heading back to Santiago.

You'll fly to Iguazú Falls, located on the Argentina-Brazil border. On the Argentine side, the Rainforest Ecological Train takes you to viewing platforms including Devil's Throat, which drops 80 meters. You're staying at the only hotel inside Iguazú National Park.

An early flight through Lima gets you to Iquitos in the Peruvian Amazon. You'll meet your Delfin III crew and travel by coach into the rainforest to Nauta, where a small boat takes you to your ship.
