  Could you please confirm whether this would fit the itinerary? We noticed that Day 1 of the tour is listed as a day in Moshi and that the actual trek from Rongai Gate starts on Day 2. Could you therefore let us know what our exact tour and trekking dates would be? We would also be grateful if you could provide some more information about the package, in particular: exactly what is included and excluded in the price; whether accommodation in Moshi before and after the climb is included; whether airport transfers from and to JRO are included; whether all Kilimanjaro National Park fees, camping fees and rescue fees are included; whether all meals and drinking water during the trek are included; whether tents and other camping equipment are included; whether sleeping bags and other personal trekking equipment can be rented and, if so, at what cost; the recommended tipping amount for the mountain crew; the current number of participants booked for this departure and the expected maximum group size; and the deposit and payment conditions. As we are specifically looking for a group climb rather than a private climb, we would also appreciate confirmation that we would be joining an existing group.

    If you arrived 10November you will start climb on 11th and end on 17th November. So in 11th November we have two clients to join you. About tipping our tip policy no Crew allowed to discuss about tip while climb but after finish average tip per porter 10per day, waiter 13$per day, cook 25$per day, guide 30$per day and Chief Guide 40$per day.

    Is accommodation after the climb on the night of 17 November also included?
    
    Do you carry emergency oxygen on the mountain in addition to the pulse oximeter?
    
    Are rescue/evacuation fees included in the tour price?
    
    Is a transfer after the climb to Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha included?
    
    Are there any other mandatory fees or costs that we would have to pay in addition to the TourRadar price?
    
    We would also like to clarify the tipping recommendation. Are the amounts you mentioned (USD 10 per porter/day, USD 13 per waiter/day, USD 25 per cook/day, USD 30 per guide/day and USD 40 per chief guide/day) the recommended amounts for the whole group, which are then shared between all participants?
    
    As there would currently be four climbers in the group including us, could you also let us know approximately how many guides, cooks, waiters and porters you would expect for a group of four? This would help us calculate the approximate total tip per person.

    We Are carrying emergency Oxygen upon request and is 150$ extra. Yes rescue fees is included. We Are always use one wheel Stretcher for rescue. Yes transfers back to JRO airport after climb is included too not Arusha airport. No other mandatory fees needed. Yes about tipping are calculated the about for the whole group and decides to the whole crews. For 4 clients 23 crews will take care for you up.

    Do you provide a private portable toilet for the group during the climb? If this is not included in the TourRadar price, could you please let us know how much it would cost for the full 7-day climb?
