  1. Day 1

    Frankfurt to Mainz

    You'll get picked up at Frankfurt Airport and transferred to your Emerald Cruises Star-Ship docked in Mainz. Once you board, the captain and crew will welcome you on board, so you'll have time to get settled into your cabin and meet other passengers before dinner.

  2. Day 2

    Rüdesheim

    Start the day with an active hike through the vineyards to reach the Niederwalddenkmal monument, which gives you great views over the Rhine Valley. In the afternoon, head to Schloss Johannisberg Winery where you can learn about their Riesling production and walk through the vineyard grounds.

    Cochem

    Head to Cochem on a guided tour to see the historic town wall with its fortifications and town hall building. You can pick between a walking tour or a guided bike tour through scenic vineyards and paths along the river. Then by evening, visit the Imperial Castle that sits high above the Moselle River valley with great views of the town below.
