I did not get answers to very urgent questions the day before our tour, emails and attempted phone calls to you even with the help of hotel front desk staff. Because of the failure of getting response from you , we ( 5 of us only , Josephine Apart cancelled the last minute due to health problems ) missed the 12 and 1/2 hours tour to Salzburg,etc .the train ride from Vienna to Zurich was almost a nightmare! W left the train station at 7:13 AM, supposed to arrive at the Zurich train station at about 4 PM or so and we did not get there until after 8 PM! Then to make it worse, you changed the hotel from FRED Hotel Hauptbahnhof Zurich which was conveniently located , to Trip Inn which caused us 70 CHF to get there. I had specifically requested two separate beds but 2 of us . had to share a bed ( double or queen? )! We had to pay 60 CHF to get to the meeting point for our Zurich tour. In contrast Fred Hotel was just across the street to the bus station.There is so much more that I need to tell you , because the five of us , felt bad for what we went through and I promised to them that I will let you know the details of our challenging adventure in Vienna and Zurich.
