  Overall, I had a good experience with this trip and would recommend the itinerary itself. The Netherlands and Belgium are beautiful, and the ports selected provided a great mix of culture, history, and walkable exploration. The cruise format made it easy to see multiple locations efficiently, and we especially enjoyed exploring independently rather than through organized excursions. That said, there are several areas where the overall traveler experience could be improved primarily around coordination, clarity of information, and logistics. What Worked Well: - Itinerary & Destinations: The route through the Netherlands and Belgium was excellent. Each stop offered something unique, and the schedule allowed enough time to explore on our own. - Flexibility: We appreciated the ability to do self-guided excursions. Navigation was easy, and English was widely spoken, making independent travel seamless. - Onboard Service (Dinner): The dinner service staff were outstanding, professional, attentive, and friendly. Food quality and presentation at dinner were also very good. Areas for Improvement: - Pre-Trip Information Accuracy (TourRadar): Some of the information provided was inconsistent or unclear. For example: -- We were told that internet and drinks were extra, but our package included Wi-Fi (for two devices) and wine with dinner. -- Clear, accurate, and package specific details upfront would significantly improve planning and expectations. - End-to-End Travel Coordination: This trip felt segmented rather than fully integrated: - There was no bundled option or guidance for flights, which could be helpful for travelers seeking a seamless package. - No luggage tags were provided. - The pier location information was not clear, resulting in a ~15-minute walk with luggage to locate the ship. - Transfers & Logistics: Given the short distance between the airport and the ship, it was surprising that no luggage transfer service was offered and no clear transfer options were coordinated or recommended. Even a basic transfer or add-on option would greatly improve the arrival experience. - Onboard Communication (from Operator): Announcements were not always consistently translated into English, which created confusion for non-German-speaking travelers.Show more

  We really enjoyed our Rhine River cruise. The crew, accommodation, food and tours were excellent.
