The things I liked about the tour is that the operator was on top of everything. They were supportive every step of the way. The hotels were close to the transportation. The hotel in Zurich though could use some improvements. The room I was given smelled of dried sweat. The bathroom sink was clogged and the plumber who came to fix it was also the hotel receptionist which didn't really work out well. They decided to upgrade my room which still smelled of dried sweat. They could've offered more toiletries. The soap was all in one. Shampoo, hair conditioner and bath soap all in one. I was a bit apprehensive on the train ride to Prague because I couldn't understand what was written in the ticket because it was all in German. Thank God the Swiss people are helpful. Somebody came up to me and asked if I needed help as I was trying to figure out what track to go to for my train. Thank God too for Google translate. The hotel in Prague was much better. It was clean, smelled clean, modern, and very close to the train station. They could do some improvements on their menu though. The food was the same the whole time of my stay. I was also apprehensive looking for the hop on hop off bus stop because it was quite a distance from the hotel. Thank God the Czechs are also helpful in helping me find my way. All in all my experience was good. I would recommend it to family and friends. I actually recommended it to the driver who picked me up at Zurich Airport.Show more
