For this program, we will pick you up from your location in Budapest so you will need to arrange your accommodation and airport transfer before the first day. If you would like, we can arrange pre-accommodation and airport transfer for you at an additional cost. Please note that in Sofia, the airport transfer is not included either but we can also arrange this for you at an extra cost. During this program, you will be with the same guide from Day 1 until Day 6.

Can you accommodate breakfast for vegans?

Breakfasts are provided directly by the hotels. This means they can usually offer vegan options depending on availability. We also recommend informing the hotel staff upon arrival so they can assist you with suitable choices.

Can you please accommodate a request for two travelers to share a room?

Regarding the Transylvania tour, this specific program does not include a full-day Transylvania excursion before or after, as it already passes by Bran Castle. The optional full-day Transylvania tour is part of a different program we offer and costs €120. The final day of this tour is in Sofia.

All the small towns had such diverse histories…it was amazing. Irina was our guide with only my husband and myself in the group….what a treat! She was very knowledgeable and eager for us to learn about her country but also to be sure we were enjoying the tour.   So, the next step is to go onto the website and pay the deposit listed? Will I get an email confirming the reduction in cost to $3270? Also, I assume, if in the case of an unforeseen event from my end, which stops me from going on the tour (unlikely!) before 11 April 26, I will receive a refund on my deposit as listed on the website?

If the price shown is higher than $3,270, we will manually adjust your total from our side and you will receive a confirmation in your TourRadar dashboard to approve the reduced price. In the meantime, if any additional passengers register for this tour, we will notify you and confirm the 100% guaranteed departure. If no passengers have registered by 18 April 2026 we will issue a full refund on the same day.

- For any tour departing before June 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Ajdinis. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
