When I first found UME Travel, I was drawn to its detailed itinerary. The team contacted me promptly to walk through the trip details and answer my questions, which gave me confidence in booking the tour. Once we arrived in Japan, everything from the airport pickup to the restaurant arrangements was smooth and stress-free. The accommodations were very comfortable; I would even say they were better than my own at home! We were given plenty of time to enjoy each onsen, and at no point did we feel pressured to do any shopping. As someone who typically prefers independent travel, I truly appreciated being able to focus on enjoying quality time with my family without having to worry about the logistics.Show more

Our guides, David and Yenwei, and our drivers, Lina and Mr Lee were great - the guides were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and the drivers and their vehicles were excellent. The itinerary was interesting and varied with good accommodation. We would certainly highly recommend UME Travel and our consultant, Phoebe, to anyone thinking of doing this tour. I undertook the trip and it was a very smooth and fun experience all in all. When I saw the itinerary on my desktop, I knew everything was well organized and was easy to understand. The dates, destination and activities were well laid out so it was easy to visualize the trip even before it started. On the journey, it all seemed to be as listed in the itinerary and this made the entire trip seem reliable and stress-free. I enjoyed the simplicity of it all particularly when it came to what was going on for the day. Well, there's a couple of minor things I would say, if I had to elaborate, it would have been nice to have a more explicit price breakdown from the start of booking to the final booking. I also wished for more progress markers in the booking process, to easily see how far through it I was. If there was a loading or progress indicator when searching it would be a little more smooth. In total, it was wonderful—very well organized, very easy to follow, very exactly what I expected, with only minor improvements I can make to make it better.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of $75 is required to confirm your booking with UME Travel Co. Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and UME Travel Co. Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
