Regarding the hotel in Paris, we truly regret that it did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that we contacted the hotel and did our best to request a refund or alternative arrangement; however, the hotel unfortunately did not agree to issue any refund. The hotel is located in a central area of Paris that is considered safe and is commonly used for similar tours.   The tour guide will be available during the city tour only. This does not apply to the Hop-on Hop-off bus, as there will be an audio guide available on the bus. The Hop-on Hop-off bus ticket is included in the tour price. This is a separate activity and not part of the guided city tour. Private airport transfers are included only upon arrival in London and departure from Milan. Transportation between train stations and hotels will be managed by the travelers themselves. However, all the hotels will be located near the central train stations for convenience.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 55 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
