- Day 1
Perth
You'll arrive in Perth and meet your Travel Director for a city sights tour that includes Kings Park. The Botanic Garden here has over 3,000 floral species spread across the grounds, so you'll have time to walk through and get a feel for what the region grows. Later this evening, you'll meet your traveling companions and head out for dinner together.

- Day 2
Perth to Wave Rock
Today you're heading to Wave Rock, a 110-metre granite formation with rainbow hues that formed over three million years ago. You'll meet Sheenagh, a local farmer who shares what outback life is really like and shows off her farm, the wide open WA countryside, and her collection of vintage cars. It's a chance to get some perspective on how people live out here.

Kalgoorlie
You'll travel through classic outback landscape to Kalgoorlie and explore the wide streets and historic buildings from the gold rush era. The Super Pit open-cut gold mine is the main draw here, and then you'll visit Hannans North Mine where you can see the massive loaders and haul trucks while learning about how the region's gold rush shaped everything.

Cape Le Grand National Park
Cape Le Grand National Park covers 31,000 hectares and you'll see heathlands, rugged coastal peaks, and white sandy beaches. Stop at Thistle Cove to listen for Whistling Rock, then head to Lucky Bay where kangaroos actually hang out on the sand. After that, you'll reach Hellfire Bay where an Aboriginal guide talks about the cultural history of the Wudjari people.

Stirling Range National Park
You'll move through wilderness areas including Stirling Range National Park. Depending on the season, over 1,500 wildflower species bloom here, and many don't grow anywhere else. Bluff Knoll Lookout gives you an overview from one of WA's highest peaks, so the views across the landscape are substantial.

Albany
You have the full day to yourself in Albany. Heritage tours explore the town's role as the last port for ANZAC troopships during WWI if that interests you. Torndirrup National Park has dramatic cliffs and rock formations where whales show up during migration. Or you could spend time with regional food and wine instead.

Valley of the Giants to Margaret River
The Tree Top Walk takes you 40 metres up into the forest canopy among soaring tingle trees in Valley of the Giants. From there you'll head to Margaret River, which is one of Australia's top grape-growing regions. A hosted wine tasting at Hamelin Bay Wines shows off their range from sparkling to shiraz, and the estate itself is picture-perfect.

You'll travel from Margaret River wine country to Busselton, where the main attraction is the longest wooden jetty in the Southern Hemisphere at 1.8 kilometres. After that, you continue to Fremantle and have the rest of the day to yourself. The Fremantle Markets has over 150 stalls, so there's plenty to browse.
