Our previous trip (2024) was wonderful. This trip not so much. We had no contact with our tour guide until day 2. Also, we were not informed by Tour Radar that we were being added to another tour group from Ireland. That would have been appropriate for us to know. Had we not made our own arrangements for side trips, we would have been on our own for the first three days. When we contacted the tour guide for information clarification, we were told she was too busy to answer our questions. I would not recommend using the tour guide we had in Salzburg.Show more
