      Yes, vegetarian options are available. Please let us know your dietary requirements before the trip starts. In larger towns and cities, you will find a good range of vegetarian meals. In more rural areas and homestays, options may be more limited, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    I am interested in the Costa Rica and Panama Tour. I would like to know if I can skip Chitré and travel straight from Boquete to Panama City, as I have to be there for a graduation on the 19th of December

      You can sign an opt-out letter on the ground and leave the tour in Chitré if you wish. Please note that transportation from Chitré back to Panama City would need to be arranged independently, and there would be no reduction in the trip price for the unused days.

    • For any tour departing before May 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
