  Truly the most important thing is finding oneself where the history of our own existence begins — being so close to where culture, science, history, religion, arts and so many beautiful things developed. It was very interesting to see European culture and how they maintain their cities, transport and public spaces. We admired the cleanliness and friendliness everywhere we visited. All the hotels were very good and the breakfasts too. Your guides are friendly people who care that tourists take the best impression. Truly professional and serious work. Congratulations.Show more

  Overall the tour itinerary is quite comprehensive and good quality hotels are provided. The response and replies from the tour operator are also pretty quick and responsive. However, I'm not able to give 5 stars review as compared to my other tours from Tour Radar due to (1) very sudden and very last minute change in meeting place for the pick up, which I discovered when I woke up early morning and luckily happened to check my email. This was frustrating and caused a lot of inconvenience. (2) the English guide was not explaining much as compared to the local tour guide. One fellow tour participant actually recorded that the local guide spoke for approx 20 mins, while the English speaking guide spoke for 4 mins only for some of the destinations.Show more

Please kindly note that as indicated in our terms and conditions available on our website, Europamundo reserves the right to alter the details of the itineraries (with the purpose of adapting them to the time of the year or when the guide considers it necessary) and in exceptional circumstances (breakdowns, traffic delays, or climatological problems, periods or situations extremely complicated) the order of visits or the visited points. Most of the time when these changes are foreseeable the information will appear in your voucher information. Any changes will be informed to the passengers in advance and necessary compensations are made such as your taxi receipt. We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience. As outlined in our terms and conditions available on our website, TourRadar, and your "My Trip" portal, all our overland routes, whether group or private, are accompanied by English-speaking tour leaders and local guides if specified. In cases of bilingual groups, our guides hold a minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English certificate, ensuring seamless communication and historical narration in both English and Spanish. Should any difficulty arise in understanding the guide, passengers are encouraged to request clearer communication or contact our emergency numbers. Guide reassignments can be arranged if the issue persists. Regrettably, no communications were received from you via our emergency 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp, hindering our ability to address your concerns promptly.
