- DPDrupal· January 12th, 2026The itinerary was well curated however we did not cover everything written on the itinerary, partially because some of the sights were closed during this time of the year. In some instances the tour guide was surprised the itinerary I was given at the time of booking had things included that they usually don’t cover, so it was disappointing we didn’t cover them. I escalated this to the tour operator during the trip but they didn’t respond, which was surprising as they were quick to respond to my questions at the time of booking. I was also let down on one of the accommodation. The tour guide informed me that they probably had to put me in alternative hotel as they didn’t have availability in the usual one. The room had spider webs, broken bathroom door, rude staff, and no water/tea/coffee in the room. The tour guide was nice and friendly however I didn’t appreciate the tour guide was overly accommodating to the preferences of the other two (mother and daughter), covering/excluding/rushing things as they demanded, at the detriment of the itinerary.Show more
