Dear Carolyn, Thank you for sharing your insight with us. We understand that personal preferences vary, and we acknowledge that some passengers may find some of our itineraries intensive or the bus rides long. Therefore, as we highly value transparency, our comprehensive itineraries, detailing the distance between each point, approximate departure/arrival times to/from different cities, the approximate duration of each bus ride, guided tours, free time, and included entrances (if applicable), are always at the disposal of our passengers. This allows them to review the itinerary and make informed decisions based on their preferences and pace. With over 2000 different itineraries, there are various options for people who wish to visit less and relax more and gives you more time in each point. We kindly remind you that, as instructed in your voucher provided to you before the start of your tour, passengers are requested to contact our professional customer service team, available 24/7, if they face any issues during the tour. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communications from your end while you were traveling; therefore, we were not able to address your concerns in real-time. We apologize if you faced any shortcomings during the tour, and once again, we thank you for sharing your opinion with us. Once again, we thank you for sharing your review with us to help us to continue to improve. Europamundo team

    Asked on November 24th, 2025

Do you offer private, or is the only option to share? If private is offered, what is the cost increase for this option.

    Accommodation
    Single supplement
    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2025

No, we can offer you a single room, you do not have to share the room with anyone. The supplement could vary depending the departure date you choose.

      TravelerWritten November 2025

I am also confused regarding tour size, I recall i read somewhere we are looking at possibly an upper range of 72 people. I would prefer something more in the range of approx 20 maximum as I can see the upper range as basically a herding operation with limited opportunity to enjoy/experience the stops.

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2025

Usually, there are fewer passengers, although the number can vary depending on the tour, the day, and the specific section of the itinerary. Our buses have a maximum capacity of 45–65 travelers, and you would only be assigned to one bus.

do you sell travel insurance (both trip cancellation and medical) as an add on?

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2025

We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance. Once you have comprehensive insurance coverage, you don't need to worry about emergencies that can happen anytime, anywhere, before or during your travels. Insurance can cover the cost of your airfare, as well as your adventure(s) in the case of an unforeseen cancellation.
