  It was a spectacular trip from the moment of the reservation, the speed in the confirmation, the efficiency of the customer service, always answering my questions, upon our arrival in Paris, our driver Anouar sent us messages from the day before, confirming the details for our transfer to the hotel. The hotels were very comfortable, although the one in London was a little far from the city, all the tours were very organized thanks to our guide Clara Ruiz and our super punctual tour companions, that allowed everything to go very well. We are totally grateful to Europamundo and Tour Radar for so wonderful vacationShow more

  If I could give a negative five, I would. This was the worst tour I’ve ever taken, and I’ve traveled all over the world. The tour was deceiving and not worth the money. You’re better off booking it yourself or through another agency. The hotels were over an hour away from main city areas, requiring expensive taxis. They were in dangerous neighborhoods; one in Paris had homeless people, drug dealers, and graffiti. The food was horrible and raw. My room faced loud construction, and another had mosquitoes, causing me an allergic reaction. The insurance policy was useless as they refused to cover my medical bills. Traffic made travel times even worse. When I asked for help, no one responded until I persistently complained. The emergency line was unresponsive until the end. I paid for an English tour, but the guides spoke Spanish until I complained on the last day. The tour guides kept changing, providing last-minute information and blaming holidays and the Olympics for their disorganization. Tour plans changed with little notice. The Moulin Rouge show was canceled hours before it was scheduled. The Eiffel Tower visit was moved, with a poor substitute offered instead. They were clearly trying to save money at our expense. The tour buses were overcrowded, with 30-40 people, no bathrooms, cracked windows, and foul smells. Customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they ignored their insurance policy when I got sick from mosquito bites. This last-minute trip was a nightmare. I strongly recommend planning your own trip or using another agency. They wont help customers and blame the customer for their problems. Also most people complained about this tour. And I have pictures as proof, if needed.Show more

About the hotels according to our policies and general terms and conditions: Location and comfort. As stated in our terms and conditions, which are publicly available for review even before booking your tours, our hotels are not always located in the city center but may be situated on the outskirts. They always have nearby public transportation so that guests can explore the city on their own. While it's true that the Novotel Paris East (which is on you photos) is in a peripheral neighborhood, we want to clarify that it is a safe area, and we have not received any complaints from guests regarding this matter. Additionally, several colleagues from our office have stayed at this hotel to assess the quality of our services and have never reported any safety concerns or homeless individuals in the vicinity. Regarding the optional tour to the Moulin Rouge show, please note the following: There is a clear notice stating: "During the period of celebration of the Olympic Games in the city, traffic restrictions and alterations will be implemented that will affect the normal development of this excursion." According to our general conditions, if there is not a minimum group to conduct the excursion or due to force majeure, we may be required to cancel the excursion, and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. Furthermore, we have no record of you purchasing this optional tour. Regarding Europamundo's bilingual nature Futhermore, Customer Services has communicate you and give you the information on July 12th, that you contacted them regarding the cancellation of the Eiffel Tower visit. On that same day, you were informed of the events and the reason for the change was explained to you. Additionally, we provided assistance by sending the link to purchase tickets for the Eiffel Tower if you wished to go on July 13th, a free day in your itinerary and a day when the Eiffel Tower was open to the public. We attach the message that is on the official page of the Eiffel Tower regarding the monument's closure. Regarding of bilingual nature of Europamundo, On June 19, 2024, at 12:03, upon confirming your booking, we informed you about the bilingual nature of our tours. Our overland routes typically include adventure leaders who are English-speaking, and local guides are included if specified. Depending on the number of passengers, the service may be provided in two languages (usually English and Spanish) with either two adventure leaders or one leader for smaller groups, explaining in both languages. Please also note that the adventure guide may change during the tour. This information is also available on the Tourradar booking page when you booked the tour. It's important to mention that Europamundo offers bilingual tours, ensuring a diverse mix of languages and cultures on our circuits, which is something beyond our control. Our guides are highly trained in English and Spanish to provide necessary support to passengers in such cases, ensuring no one feels isolated from the group. Europamundo team

  We got to see just about everything great in France and England. However, most were photo ops. The lines to get into most things were blocks long so we just looked from outside. No one really said that if you wanted to go into anything there were more charges that were not included in the tour price. Loved the ferry. Theresa was wonderful as a tour guide with a wonderful smile. Hats off to Ricardo our coach driver who drove our coach like a big rig expertly in the worst traffic.Show more

The tour is a glimpse of Paris and London. I really enjoyed the stop in Canterberry to shop. Rouen was pretty. All the hotel were amazing., Nice, clean close to metro's. All rooms provided are equipped with private bathrooms and TVs, with some offering additional amenities like a mini-bar, safe box, and hairdryer. It's worth noting that many hotels, particularly in Northern Europe, may lack air conditioning or operate under local regulations that limit its use. Slight differences in hotel quality can exist within the same city on some circuits. All the assigned hotels fall within the category outlined in our catalogue, and the majority are 4-star hotels, with only one in Rouen being a 3-star establishment.
