Overall, the tour was very unsatisfactory and I will enumerate why I feel this way. 1. Hotel Praga was very ridiculous, at 1AM the room smells like bread which woke me up in the middle of the night, bathroom was disgusting and the room was extremely small. The last hotel I stayed was much better than this -- Ilunion Atrium. 2. The place we went to on the 2nd day had everything on schedule but the tour guide, Pedro was restless probably suffering from blood pressure maybe, forgetting the time and he also got upset when we came back late because the restaurant served us the food late. 3. Bus seats were horrible and disgusting compared to the bus we came back from Madrid. 4. The guide was more interested in coming on time than explaining the destinations to the tourists. 5. When we were in Porto, it was raining heavily but the tour guide insists on pushing through with the city tour despite the rain. The tourists wanted to adjust the time for the tour because of the rain. Most of the tourists were senior citizens so the guide must have considered their age and health. What if they get sick from that rain? Who would be responsible for that? 6. The last accommodation which I previously set on Tour radar was not on the list for the hotel we were assigned to. We had to fight and make international phone calls for it to be set up that cost me 50USD and wasted one hour of our time.Show more

Greetings from Europamundo Vacations, Spain In reference to your message about the booking EM022657, we would like to inform you that Hotel Praga is one of the hotels of our tour and we usually don´t receive complain about this hotel. This hotel has a very good rating at one of the very famous website among tourists with rating 8 out of 10. Apart, during the stay in Madrid you haven´t mentioned anything to the guide. We checked with our guide and as per him , Mr. Sutaria was referring the stop made in Caceres and our guide informed the meeting place and time several times before leaving the group but it seems there was some kind of misunderstanding. Entire group reached on time except Mr. Sutaria and guide went to find him and he replied that the restaurant delayed in serving the food. There are number of services reserved for this closed, the delay of a passenger can be very problematic for the proper development of the trip. So, part of the job of our guides (sometimes a bit ungrateful) the enforcement of these time- tables. The goal of the tours is to get to know a lot of places, it is not a journey for stay but to collect experiences. From Madrid to Lisbon rain predictions were announced for the following days. It was advised that they had to be equipped with the necessary, umbrella, raincoat and rain boots. The forecast was rain every day and in more than one occasion during scheduled activities but fortunately when they had to start the city tour in Oporto rain stopped because firstly he took them to hotel to leave the bags and eat at the Shopping Centre attached to the hotel and then return to the centre and start the visit. We again request you to understand that there are a number of services reserved for this closed schedule.
