View in Englishwe are frequent travelers and this was our first trip with Europamundo, we made our reservation through tour radar, the guide Abdul was very friendly and seems to have historical knowledge of the cities we visited and did his best given the circumstances, in this particular tour there was a group of people from India and it was the daily priority to take them to dinner and the rest of the group had to fend for themselves. case in point was when we arrived in Vienna it was 8.30 in the evening and the guide as every day worried about taking them to dinner and told us that the rest of the group could look for something around but we walked several blocks and found nothing, we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm and everything around was already closed so most of the rest of the group we were left without dinner that night and we felt that we were not important because it seemed that the tour was designed for them only with respect to the bus we were informed that it was not owned by the company, We were informed that the bus was not owned by the company, it was rented but it was dirty, both the seats and the tables were dirty, according to what was included in the tour was to pick us up and take us back to the airport at the end of the tour and that was not the case we had to pay for our own transportation to the airport, we also paid 4 extra nights in the hotel and we only used 3 we think we have extra credit.Show moreEuropamundo commented on this reviewHi. Their guide -Manu Martin was quite knowledgeable and friendly. The entire Europamundo agency rallied behind Manu to make this trip a memorable one for us.
