Could you provide me with your final price/quote for this tour?

Do you offer other tour options as well? If so, are the itineraries flexible, or are the schedules fixed?

I noticed that some meals are not included. What are the usual arrangements for food and drinks on those days? Will there be opportunities to purchase meals along the way? Are they from local places? Do they accepts credit cards or cash only?

Are there any baggage restrictions (size, weight, or number of bags)? Do we leave them in the lodges and go for activities or should we always carry them with cars? Do you recommend to carry our docs (like passport) or is it safe to leave them in the lodges?

I see there are many companies offering similar tours. Could you explain what makes your tour or service different from the others? For example, what do you think are the biggest advantages of choosing your company?

    • T.S TOURSOperatorWritten July 2026

The final price is US$4,400 per person, based on 2 adults sharing.

    • T.S TOURSOperatorWritten July 2026

One of the biggest advantages of booking with us is that our tours are privately guided, not large group departures. This means we can tailor the itinerary to suit your interests. If you would like to spend an extra night in Franschhoek, Cape Town, Knysna or on safari, or make other adjustments, we are happy to customise the programme for you.

    • T.S TOURSOperatorWritten July 2026

Breakfast is included every day. and on the safari all meals and drinks are included. Meals not included allow you the flexibility to experience South Africa's outstanding restaurants, cafés and wineries at your own pace rather than being limited to fixed menus. During travel days, your guide will recommend excellent local restaurants for lunch and dinner based on your preferences and budget. Yes, there are plenty of opportunities to purchase meals throughout the tour. Most restaurants and cafés accept major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, although it is always useful to carry a small amount of South African Rand for small purchases or local markets.

    • T.S TOURSOperatorWritten July 2026

Yes, that is correct. Your journey concludes in Johannesburg after your final morning safari and scheduled flight from the Greater Kruger region.

    • T.S TOURSOperatorWritten July 2026

We recommend one medium-sized suitcase (approximately 20–23 kg) plus one small carry-on bag per person. Your luggage travels with you throughout the tour and is securely transported between destinations. During sightseeing and game drives, your bags remain safely in your hotel room or the safari lodge while you enjoy the activities. Your passport and valuables are best kept with you at all times, although the hotels and lodges generally provide in-room safes for your convenience.

    • T.S TOURSOperatorWritten July 2026

Our guests often choose us because we offer: Fully private, personalised tours rather than large coach groups. Carefully selected, high-quality accommodation with excellent locations. Experienced local guides who provide a more personal experience. Flexible itineraries that can be tailored before departure. Comfortable vehicles with plenty of space. Prompt communication before and during your holiday. Assistance throughout your journey should you need anything. A carefully balanced itinerary combining iconic highlights with authentic local experiences. Our goal is not simply to transport guests from one attraction to another, but to create a relaxed and memorable holiday where every detail has been thoughtfully planned.
