Ho Chi Minh City
Meet your group at Liberty Central Riverside Hotel and grab lunch together before heading out to see Ho Chi Minh City. You'll stop at the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office, then make your way to Cholon, the Chinese quarter where there's a bustling market and Ba Thien Hau Pagoda to check out. After that, you'll board your ship, meet the crew at a welcome cocktail, have dinner, and settle in for your first night.

Ho Chi Minh City
This morning you can stay on board or join an optional coach trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels, the extensive underground network that Viet Cong soldiers used during the war. You'll return for lunch on the ship, then head to the Museum of Vietnamese History to learn more about the country's past. In the afternoon, cruise along the narrow Chao Gao Canal, and another night on the ship.

Chao Gao - My Tho - Vinh Long - Cai Be
The ship cruises along the Chao Gao Canal to My Tho where you'll visit a bee farm, sample honey tea and try some exotic fruit. Lunch is served on board after that. You'll explore a brick and pottery factory, then visit a traditional factory where they make puffed rice, rice-paper wrappers for nems, and rice alcohol. Stay another night on the ship.

Sa Dec
Visit the former house of Huynh Thuy Le, the historical figure who inspired Marguerite Duras's novel The Lover. After that, you have free time to wander around Sa Dec on your own. Return to the ship for lunch, then it sets sail for Chau Doc, a border town between Cambodia and Vietnam with deep roots in Vietnamese settlement. Sleep on board.

Chau Doc - Phnom Penh
Explore Chau Doc, a border town between Cambodia and Vietnam that's known for fish farming and local prosperity. You'll visit the Tay An Pagoda and Ba Chua Xu Temple. Lunch is on the ship, and then you'll sail to Phnom Penh, arriving in the evening. Have dinner on board and spend the night in port.

Phnom Penh
Start with a tour of the Royal Palace, one of Cambodia's finest architectural achievements, and the Silver Pagoda next to it. Then head to the National Museum to look at Cambodian history and art. After lunch in town, there's an optional visit to Tuol Svay Prey School, a former Khmer Rouge detention center. You'll have free time to check out the market, then return to the ship for an Apsara dance show, dinner, and overnight stay.

Koh Chen - Kampong Tralach
Visit Koh Chen, a small village where local artisans do traditional silver and copper work. Lunch is served on board. Later, you'll explore the beautiful Vihara at Wat Kampong Tralach Leu Pagoda, which means walking through the village of Kampong Tralach along a small road that runs through rice fields. The ship stays anchored here overnight.

Kampong Chhnang - Tonle Sap River
Head to Kampong Chhnang, one of the largest fishing ports on Tonle Sap Lake, where you can see extensive fish farms. Check out the region's traditional pottery industry and try some local products. Lunch is on board, then the cruise continues. Tonight there's a cocktail and gala dinner. The ship remains anchored overnight.

Siem Reap
You'll disembark your ship this morning. Choose between a morning cruise through Tonle Lake or a road trip to Siem Reap with stops at traditional villages along the way. Transfer to your hotel (Lotus Blanc or Sofitel Angkor, depending on your ship). Tour services wrap up around 12:30 p.m., so don't book flights before 3:30 p.m.
