I'm wondering if you have guides with you the whole time. i.e. getting from Kyoto to Osaka - is someone with you?

Not in the group package, yes in the private package (this one is a group experience). You will meet the guide in the starting point of the tour, and we will be with you through Whatsapp or email in every step of the way!

We are planning a trip for July 2025 for myself, my wife and my sons (19 and 22). Our plan is to fly from Houston to Tokyo and spend 4 days at Tokyo Disneyland Park. We would then like to travel by bullet train to Kyoto for this 5 day tour and then return to Tokyo for a couple of days before our return flight.

We do not sell tickets for Disney as the park's policies prohibit that, but we could assist with everything else. Do they have the exact arrival and departure dates?

Are the trains/transport and hotels included in the price?

Are the hotels with own room? Are you traveling alone to the destination?

Is a tour guide included on every excursion mentioned in the Itinerary? (Especially day 2)

Will you require the passenger's passport and flight information once the passenger books?

1. what is the difference between Boutique Room and Standard Room? 2. Will the tour guide pick us up from our hotel or should we arrive at the meeting point? will we need transportation from the hotel to the point? 3. are admission tickets to castles and Osaka tower included into this price? 4. how much time will we have in castles included in the itinerary? will we explore castles/museums on our own, or will it be a guided tour?

1. Standard room is equivalent to a 3-star hotel, boutique room is equivalent to a 4-star hotel 2. All of our tours depart from a centralized location, you'll have to get there on your own. Moving around Japan with public transportation is pretty easy, so it shouldn't be a big issue. 3. Entrance fees are not included 4. The tours to Kyoto, Nara and Osaka explore the cities and its temples, monasteries and castles, with a guide.
