Extremely disappointed with our experience booking through TourRadar. We booked a 5-day Iceland tour and, after our flight was cancelled due to severe weather, we were advised to still travel and that assistance would be provided on arrival. Instead, we were treated as a no-show and missed the majority of the tour with no meaningful support. We only received hotel stays and transfers, while the guided tour services we paid for were not delivered. Very poor customer service and disappointing resolution process.Show more

We enjoyed the tour over all. We felt that their was a nice cross section of things to do and see with in the tour itinerary. However we felt at different times the directions provided were no as comprehensive as they could have been. For example at Geysir Geothermal area in Selfoss we were told shops and lunch and see the Geysir but there was no mention of the fact that there was multiple dining options within the complex. Based on where we parked most of the tour group end up eating at a quick sever option with no knowledge of the large dining option that was available. I also found it strange that there was no mention of the movies that have been shot in some of the locations we visited for example Stars Wars: Rouge One at Reynisfjara as one example of the two Star Wars movies shot across multiple locations. Or James Bond movies, Die another Day & A View to a Kill both shot Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. The list is huge with many award winning shows and movies. Just found it very strange. I think an attention to details would go a long way to improving the tour.Show more

- For any tour departing before November 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
