Casablanca
You'll arrive in Casablanca and get transferred to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace. A walk along the Corniche is worth doing if you have the energy, where you can see the Atlantic Ocean and get a feel for the city's energy and rhythm.

Rabat - Chefchaouen
After breakfast, you'll visit Hassan II Mosque, one of the world's largest, with views over the Atlantic. Then head to Rabat to see the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. As you drive toward Chefchaouen, the Rif Mountains come into view. Check in at your riad, and in the afternoon, walk through the medina's blue-painted streets. Before dinner, take another walk through the old town as the sun sets, then enjoy traditional Moroccan food.

Chefchaouen
Start with breakfast, then head into Chefchaouen's medina to walk through the blue-painted streets and check out local craft shops. You'll get a feel for Berber culture while wandering the narrow alleys. Later, hike up to the Spanish Mosque where you can catch city and mountain views that work great for sunset photos. By evening, grab traditional Moroccan mint tea and have dinner at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the town.

Volubilis - Meknes - Fes
After breakfast, you have free time to wander Chefchaouen's alleys before departing. You'll then travel to see Volubilis, a UNESCO site with impressive Roman ruins including mosaics, temples, and a grand arch. Next, stop at Meknes to check out Bab Mansour gate and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. By evening, you'll reach Fes and settle into your riad.

Fes
After breakfast at your riad, you'll explore Fes with a local guide who shares stories about the city's history and culture. From there, walk through the medina souks and watch craftspeople working at the famous leather tanneries. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to your riad for the night.

Fes - Ifrane - Azrou - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Merzouga
Travel from Fes through the Middle Atlas starting in Ifrane, where you'll see Swiss-style architecture and parks that feel quite different from typical Moroccan towns. Next you'll head to the Cedar Forests to look for Barbary macaques in their natural habitat. Then it's on to Midelt, surrounded by apple orchards, before driving through the dramatic Ziz Valley with palm groves and High Atlas views. By late afternoon you'll reach Merzouga Desert. Take a camel ride out to Erg Chebbi dunes in time for sunset, then settle into a traditional Berber camp where you'll have mint tea, listen to live Berber music, and spend the evening stargazing.

- Day 7
Merzouga - Khamlia - Erg Chebbi Dunes
Get up early to catch the sunrise over Erg Chebbi dunes, then have breakfast and start your desert exploration. Visit a nomadic family to understand how people actually live in the desert, then head to Khamlia Village to experience Gnawa music and local culture. A picnic lunch happens out in the desert itself. In the afternoon, try sandboarding or ATV riding if those interest you, then watch another sunset over the dunes. Return to camp for a traditional dinner with tagine and couscous, followed by Berber music around the campfire and more stargazing as the night settles in.

Early risers can catch the sunrise over the dunes before breakfast. You'll ride a camel back to Merzouga, then travel to Dades Valley through beautiful Moroccan landscapes. Stop in Rissani to try local pastries and Berber pizza at the souk and market. Visit Todra Gorge with its dramatic cliffs, then continue to Dades Valley to see towering cliffs and rock formations called 'Monkey Fingers' perfect for photos. Walk several trails to experience the valley and surrounding views. Sleep at a riad surrounded by the landscape and local culture.

Leave Dades Valley after breakfast and drive through mountain landscapes to Kalaat Megouna, famous for roses and its annual festival. Continue to Skoura to see Kasbah Amridil, which sits nicely among palm groves. Then head to Ouarzazate and check out Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site with traditional earthen kasbahs that you might recognize from films. Cross the Tizi n'Tichka mountain pass in the High Atlas to reach Marrakech, finishing with dinner at your riad.

Marrakech
Start in the medina where your guide points out hidden artisan workshops and traditional riads. This morning at Jemaa el-Fnaa square, you'll see fresh juice stalls and local food vendors. Visit the Bahia Palace to see its detailed architecture, then go to the Saadian Tombs for historical context. Tour the Ben Youssef Madrasa and look at the tile work and carved cedar. Finish at Jardin Majorelle, a quiet garden with exotic plants and a blue villa, where you can sit at the café and relax.

Spend your evening wandering medina streets, visiting local artisan shops, trying fresh seafood at the port, and watching the sunset from the beach.

Following breakfast, you have free time to wander Essaouira's medina alleys. Later, you'll travel back to Casablanca while taking in coastal views along the way. Once you arrive, head either to the airport or your accommodation depending on how long you're staying. Tour services end here.
