Is there a place I could wash clothes? So I don't need to pack 18 days worth of clothes.

  The accommodation consists of 17 nights in hotels, and the properties used are typically 4-star or 5-star hotels, depending on the departure and availability. The tentative hotel list we currently have for this departures is as follows: M Social Auckland, Millennium Hotel Rotorua, Millennium Hotel & Resort Manuels Taupo, QT Wellington, Fable Christchurch, Rainforest Retreat Franz Josef, Edgewater Hotel Wanaka (or similar), Ramada Queenstown.
