We currently do not have any availability for the departure date of the 17th of December. The next available date for departure is the 9th of March, with availability for single occupancy.

Could I please get more information on the activities, day by day? Is it guided all day long? What types of sightseeing are included? I see that Day 2 is partly guided, and then travelers have some free time. How long is the free time? On Day 3, how much extra would they need to pay for Greenwich Village? What are the options for the Broadway shows? Can it be just one and change the other one for another activity? Does the itinerary include transportation back to the hotel each day?

The guided part of your touring varies day to day with the general or most typical split being about an even 50/50 guided travel and scheduled attractions versus leisure time and personal exploration. There is no specific amount of time given for leisure until it is specified by the Tour Manager. We often see anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours given before or after major activities or meals, and most evenings are completely at leisure in the city. As long as there is an included activity, attraction, coach tour, or visit, you will have transportation from and back to your hotel daily unless otherwise communicated by your tour manager.

How do we coordinate our flight and transportation to the hotel?

Collette can help with your flight arrangements as well as the corresponding arrival and departure transfers based on your travel plans before and after the main tour. If you are taking care of your own flights, Arrival and Departure Transfers typically start at $75 per person. We can price those at the time of your request.

What is the single supplement for the NYC tour?

Single $3299 for May 15th. Single $3299 for May 22nd.

How many people are usually a part of the tour? Do you have an option for them to do to a self guided tour, other than the excursions where they can meet up with a tour guide and group? Can you customize their self guided vacation?

This tour ranges from 37 to 44 travelers, 44 being the maximum. During the tour they will have a tour manager guiding them, if the travelers choose to go on their own one of the days they are there they can advise the tour manager.
