To be honest, I wasn't fully satisfied with my trip. Before I share why, I want to mention how great Ahmed Saladino, our guide on the river was - he was professional and knowledgeable and helped things go smoothly. And I was happy with the fast pace of the tour, all the sites we saw, and the convenience of the boat part of the trip. But a couple of things did not go well. First, I booked this trip because it was advertised to max out at 15 travelers. We had 51. I had hesitated to book a group tour because I have no desire to be on a large bus where the time it takes to do everything is longer. Last year, I booked my first group tour, and the company held its number at the advertised 16, and it was great. That was THE most important consideration in choosing a trip to Egypt. So I jumped at the opportunity offered in the posting. Everything took longer. Checking in, waiting for people, entering sites, lingering at the scheduled shopping stops. It was hard to see what the tour guide was pointing out when I found myself in the back of the crowd. But worse than that was when my friend and I were told we would not be on the same boat as the rest of the group. We had booked this tour for its social aspect, so to be told that we'd be on another boat was unacceptable. And while this was resolved after tremendous stress and aggravation, this diminished my enjoyment of the trip on the whole. This was clearly a direct result of the overbooking of the trip in general, and what made it even worse was that it was just sprung on us - no discussion. The fact that I was put in a position of having to argue for something that I had reserved and expected was terrible. And though the team tried to convince me that the other boat was an upgrade, that was less important than being on a boat with the friends I had made. At the end of the trip, on the last night, our flight back to Cairo from Aswan landed well after midnight. Because my flight back to the US was at 5 am, it made no sense to go back to the hotel in Cairo, so I slept at the airport. It seems that I'm probably due some sort of refund for not using that hotel. But even that seems to be connected to the overbooking of the trip. It would probably have been easier to book 15 seats on an earlier flight, but booking so many wasn't possible. I wish I had gotten what was advertised - I'm sure I would have been much happier.Show more

Abdul, Ahmed, and Mohammed did an excellent job taking us around the 3 cities and the guides were amazing at explaining the significance of each site and displayed their deep knowledge on the subject. The tour was fast paced but we still had some time to take pictures at each of the sites. I do wish we had a little more time to spend on the Nile cruise boat itself but understand that there are a lot of sites to see. I would personally also not recommend doing the Abu Simbel add on due to it requiring 6-8 hours in the car for around an hour at the site. Overall it was an amazing trip and it was great to see the different areas of Egypt and sail on the Nile along with meeting amazing people on the tour.Show more

Sailing along the Nile was an experience on its own — the scenery was breathtaking, where the river and lush green meet the desert. The tour was really diverse too: we visited a Nubian village, saw crocodiles in a local home, and took a motorboat ride through the islands of the Nile. Absolutely beautiful! Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 6th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 6th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Nourbelle Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Nourbelle Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Nourbelle Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
