  We enjoyed our tour. The neighborhood for our hotel was not ideal, but the hotel itself was safe and clean and we had a view of Vesuvius and comfortable beds. Each day we met at an easy to find spot and our drivers were good. The tour guides were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having some free time to ourselves as well as organized activities.Show more

  This five day tour was really only three days of touring with five nights of the hotel and transfers. The people from the tour company office were very helpful and it was well organized. It would have been a pretty good deal for the price, except that paying a single supplement, almost doubles the cost of the tour. The driver for the Amalfi Sorrento and Positano tour, Giovanni, was great. The day just gave a nice small taste of the area. Most of the places we went were extremely crowded.But that is, to be expected I guess. All in all it was a good way to see many places in a short time.Show more

  We enjoyed our 5 day Naples trip. It included 3 day trips. One to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. Lovely towns to explore but heavy traffic meant we only had an hour in each town. In fact, all towns we're crowded with tourists and day trippers like ourselves. The next was an Isle of Capri trip, which was excellent and well organized. We had more than 4 hours on the island once we arrived and had multiple choices of activities to do whilst there. The Mt Suveus and Pompeii day trip was also excellent. Our Pompeii guide was particularly knowledgeable and lunch was delicious. All very long days but worth the effort. Only complaint for us was transport for the Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi day was a mini van and because we're tall people and picked up last, we got the cramped, rough and uncomfortable back seat. Made our travel very uncomfortable for the day. Other trips were larger vehicles.Show more

  Visited Naples and had a generally positive experience with good customer service. Transportation on arrival was punctual and well-organized, which was a relief considering how hectic and busy the city of Naples can be. The hotel I stayed at was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The day trips were decent, though I felt they could have been better organized. That said, the highlight of my visit was definitely the Amalfi Coast—its beauty exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had more time to fully soak it all in. Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. I'd love to return someday, especially to spend more time along the coast.Show more
