  A stressful tour ! Communication with service staff pre, during and post tour, was very efficient, friendly and polite, although with multiple different personnel. Responses were timely and well answered. The first negatives appeared with the final itinerary. The visit to Ravello and the Capri boat ride was cancelled. Did get $50 compensation when I complained. Subsequently when in the tour to Sorrento, I curiously asked the tour guide about missing Ravello and she mentioned that day trips could only manage three places, never four as was in your itinerary. Options available to select any three out of the four. However, the four places are still being featured in your future tours brochures. Arrangements for airport pickup at Naples airport to hotel was arranged and confirmed. Nearer the date, reassuringly secured with pick up details of driver and car with name card. However, this was not to be. Waited 10 minutes and contacted your staff who said that they will investigate. They responded quickly saying that the driver was there but was not to be seen by me. A photo of the spot where I am was sent to your staff. After a few minutes, a man ( instead of Alissa) came with a piece of paper m, crumbled into a ball, opened it and asked if I was the person for pick up. Was then led to the car park where a lady was in the car. Expecting a limousine type black Mercedes, it was a scrubby black car with a messy interior. Couldn’t even see if it was a Mercedes, as it was dark. When asked, the lady said that she was Alessia and her husband was driving. Said they were waiting in the Carpark. They did try to be friendly with poor English skills and drove me to the hotel of my choice, as I arrived a day earlier. The following morning, I arrived at the Stelle hotel to check in. Was told that they did not have my reservation. I contacted your staff again and they called the hotel. Eventually, the hotel printed out a copy of the reservation details that showed the date and time of the reservation and the cancellation that followed after 2 hours. Your staff said they will sort it out with the hotel. After two hours, I did get a room. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. You were charged €150 for the room per night. Realising this, my single supplement of €750, was exactly that price. I really feel that this €750 extra is way too high. The itinerary, location and time for the daily tours were received a day in advance. The first day to Sorrento/Postiano/Amalfi with a pick up time of 8.30 AM was stated in the final itinerary and that should arrive 10 minutes earlier. I arrived 15 minutes earlier. There was a crowd of about 50 and a few tour guides were calling out names. I went to each one and they were all going to Pompei. At 8.31AM, I contact your staff as I was not able to locate the tour leader. Was later informed that I was late and they had left after calling out my name. That was not true if it was after 8.20AM as I would have heard it. Your staff then said that they have misunderstanding with their partner and will arrange something. Was never told the reason. Was asked if I could join the Pompei tour of the groups gathering there. I asked but they were either full or not permitted to do so. Eventually after an hour, I was told there’s a Herculaneum trip I could join in the afternoon, which I accepted. By then, I was distraught about missing the Sorrento/Positano/Amalfi tour, which was the highlight of the trip for me. I requested to replace the Pompeii trip on the third day with this. It was agreed. So I missed the full day Pompeii and Vesuvius tour, replaced with the Herculaneum 2 hour tour. No compensation was offered. The next two days went on schedule with proficient and professional tour guides. The meeting time for the Sorrento trip was 8.00 AM. As this was the same day trip I missed, the error made that first day, was the meeting time , which should be 8.00AM instead of 8.30AM as was confirmed to me. The pick up from hotel to airport was well arranged and confirmed. Again a black Mercedes with Alissa. Instead a man called half an hour earlier to ask where I was as he was waiting outside. I hurriedly went out and was greeted by a small black Lancia instead. The driver was Antonio. He was friendly and said his English was very poor. He drove me to the airport 4 hours before my flight. The airport transfers are appreciated but describing them as black Mercedes raises expectations that are not met. Am satisfied with just a private airport transfer without the frills.Show more

Everything was very well organized, and the entire experience went smoothly from beginning to end. What we particularly appreciated was the peace of mind that came with having everything arranged for us, while still enjoying a varied and memorable travel experience. The itinerary was well planned, and we were able to discover some of the most beautiful and fascinating places in the region without having to worry about the logistics ourselves. A special mention goes to Goda, our travel agent, who stayed in touch throughout our trip and regularly checked that everything was going well.   Naples was awful where we stayed felt unsafe rubbish everywhere too. The hotel was nice and the people working there were lovely Guiesppe on front desk was really good. The experience didn't start well with our allocated driver that picked us up from airport she wanted us to find her then 30 mins of looking she was telling where we should have gone she didn't have a sign as we expected then dropped us off on the wrong street corner which was not good. The tours were lovely and all the guides were good happy with them all. Marco M I give him 5 stars Anna C was lovely 5 Stars Federica & Tour guide Marco in Pompeii were also great 5 stars. Drop off at the airport also happened after i messaged company so many times to get the correct time and not to give us the driver that picked us up he arrived as requested but then asked my husband for cash at the airport. Overall tour was good.Show more

  The worst tour I have ever done. The first day tour to the Amalfi coast notes said we would have at least 4 photo stops. We did not have one!! I asked the guide immediately about this. She said not on this tour. I could see all other tour groups stopping at photo stops parking and getting out. The second day tour the Capri coast was to include a trip to the blue grotto. This was canceled just the day before. Then I ended up missing the tour altogether because at7.30 pm the previous night they sent me a message saying the time had changed. Except it didn’t say a thing about the time change but just with all the other information where it said pick up time the time had changed from 8.10 to 7.10. The third day to Pompey I didn’t go because I was so disappointed with what had happened the two days before. Anyway a 5 day tour is only 3 days. And all they do is drop you off at locations. The hotel was pathetic too. I’ve used Tour Radar before and it entirely depends on the provider they use. This one was pathetic too They gave me a 50 euro refund which was again disappointing and pathetic. I believe I deserved a lot more. Hopefully if Tour Radar bother to reads this they can contact me. But I don’t see that happening. My advice IS DO NOT USE Tour Radar for the Amalfi Coast. It is such a beautiful location but these guys are the worstShow more

The Blue Grotto was cancelled well in advance of your trip, and you acknowledged this change. The regular Capri tour did not include the Blue Grotto, and when you later expressed that you still wanted to visit it, our team tried to find a solution. Regarding the Capri tour, the pickup time was clearly updated to 7:10 AM and communicated to you the evening before. You arrived at approximately 7:45 AM, around 45 minutes after the updated pickup time, and the tour had already departed. Despite this, our team still contacted the local team and tried to find a way for you to join the tour partway through. You also chose not to join the Pompeii tour afterward. Therefore, the reduction from the planned five-day itinerary to the three days you participated in was not due to our team cancelling the remaining tour. We understand that these circumstances were frustrating, and we genuinely regret that you were disappointed. However, our team made several efforts to assist and accommodate you despite the circumstances. The €50 refund was also offered as a goodwill gesture in an effort to address your concerns.   This five day tour was really only three days of touring with five nights of the hotel and transfers. The people from the tour company office were very helpful and it was well organized. It would have been a pretty good deal for the price, except that paying a single supplement, almost doubles the cost of the tour. The driver for the Amalfi Sorrento and Positano tour, Giovanni, was great. The day just gave a nice small taste of the area. Most of the places we went were extremely crowded.But that is, to be expected I guess. All in all it was a good way to see many places in a short time.Show more
