Tokyo
This morning you'll start at Tsukiji Fish Market where the energy is really something special, and the sushi there is legitimately excellent. The crowds move fast and vendors call out their offerings constantly. After grabbing some breakfast or lunch depending on your timing, head over to Odaiba Marine Park for a walk around the waterfront. You'll get great shots of the Rainbow Bridge and there's actually a Statue of Liberty replica here that overlooks Tokyo Bay, which makes for an interesting photo stop. Later in the afternoon, make your way to Shibuya Sky Observation Deck to see the city from up high - it's a different perspective entirely. Before heading back, stop by the Hachiko statue in Shibuya. It's smaller than people expect but pretty meaningful if you know the story about the loyal dog.

You have the day to yourself in Tokyo, so explore whatever interests you. Wander neighborhoods you missed the day before, check out local shops, or just find a quiet café and people-watch. If you're up for something different, there's an optional 22-minute helicopter tour that flies past Tokyo Sky Tree and takes you over the east side of the city. The tour gives you a perspective of Tokyo you won't get from the ground, so if heights don't bother you, it's worth considering. Either way, you'll have the flexibility to do things at your own pace.
