      1. Want to make sure domestic flights are included (says in details)
      2. Our flight arrives around 9:30, so pick up is there for late night flights with no extra charge?
      3. Accordingly, check in at hotel will be 11:30ish, what time we have to start in the morning(pick up time from our hotel)
      4. Some of the reviews for your company complains long wait or connections for the flights, which can be very tiring. What are the flights timings and wait times?

      our airport transfers are available 24 hours for free

      istanbul tours are starting at 09:00 am

      usually we book direct flights from one destination to others but izmir cappadocia direct flights are available only 4 days in a week thats why only the flight from izmir to cappadocia can be connected flight up to the schedule and if it will be a connected flight waiting time can be between 1-3 hours max between the connection. this is not in our hand we are mostly booking the direct ones but as we informed this is totally up to the airlines shcedules. and only 1 flight ( izmir cappadocia ) can be connected the others are direct flights

      balloon flight is 300 us dollars

      you can book the balloon flight yourself but in case of any delays to catch the tour group is your responsibility our group is departing at 9 am we dont wait for anyone who booker the baloon themselves

      your last question yes its safe to travel Turkey. our groups are travelling without any safety concerns.

      about check in at 12:05 am

      you should make it clear 12:05 am means ( october 10 to 11 night or 11 to 12 night ?)

      if you are arriving the connecting night from 10 october to 11 october you should book an extra night because the hotel check in time is at 2 pm in october 11

      if you will arrive connecting night from 11 to 12 october this will not be a problem

      as i wrote the 12:05 am is important if its 11 or 12 october.

      Our flight would leave naples on the evening of Oct 10 and arrive in Istanbul that night at 12:05 am. So just after midnight the 11th. So that means the tour hotel accommodation would start the night of the 11th and our arrival at midnight would be considered the night of the 10th for which we'd have to pay an extra night. Correct? How much would that cost?

      in turkey there are no washrooms in any buses
      by the way we dont use big buses , our groups are 8-10 people max. And we dont use the land transportation for long hours

      Hot springs in pamukkale is not deep only 30-35 cm max depth. You can take walk or sit into the water. Cleopatra pool can be an option for swimming but its closed now due to renovation and reopening date is unknown

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before December 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Guide of Ephesus. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Guide of Ephesus will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Guide of Ephesus" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
