  • C

    Carlos

    Asked on February 20th, 2026

I believe the price has decreased $600 US less than what I paid for it and my final payment is March 1. Will I get a discount on this?

    Price / Availability
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten February 2026

Our tours operate on a tiered (or bucket) pricing system, which means prices can fluctuate based on availability and demand. The price shown on our website at any given time reflects the current live pricing for new bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked in and doesn't adjust up or down if the public price later changes. So while you may see a lower price online now, this would apply only to new bookings made at that rate. Finalising your booking or placing it on hold is the best way to secure the price available at that time.

  • N

    Nancy

    Asked on November 22nd, 2025

I am very interested in your Moroccan tour during the month of March. Does the desert experience include a camel ride? Also, is it possible to arrange additional nights at the arrival hotel? Are all accommodations single beds in a double occupancy room? I will be traveling with a friend but do not want to share the same bed.

    Accommodation
    Tour Details
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten November 2025

Regarding the desert experience, we do not include a camel ride as part of the program. Guests can enjoy the desert in other ways as planned in the itinerary. We are unable to arrange additional nights at the arrival hotel but you can arrange this on your own via Booking.com. All accommodations are double occupancy with twin beds. If you are traveling with a friend, you will each have your own bed within the same room.

What's included in the price - are the excursions marked as optional available at extra cost but everything else included?

    Price / Availability

    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten October 2024

The experiences listed on the Tour Page and mentioned on the itinerary are included with the package already. Optional Excursions are offered for the Free Time or Free Days within the itinerary and they are offered for an additional cost.

I am a 83 year old woman are there any tours that do not have lots of walking not to strenuous

    Age Range
    Tour Details
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten October 2024

We believe the best way to get to the heart and soul of a city is on foot, surrounded by the people and the culture. For this reason, we do walking tours through most of the cities we visit. Many of the cities you visit are vast and old, often with steps and cobblestones. Our walking tours can last up to 3 hours with plenty of opportunities to take photographs and soak up the history of these fascinating places, but you do require a certain level of fitness to enjoy your tour to its fullest. This is the case for all our tours and if you have some level of challenges regarding mobility, I am afraid that we might not have a tour (that we Expat Explore operate) that we can recommend at the moment.

  • M

    Michael

    Asked on March 18th, 2024

    Are young children allowed?

    Age Range
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten March 2024

We have a set minimum age of 10 for our tours, but we're happy to consider younger children on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Expat Explore reserves the right to accept or decline the request at our discretion. We want to ensure everyone has a great time exploring with us!

  • E

    Elaine

    Asked on March 18th, 2024

Are international flights included in the tour price?

    Flights / Transfers
    Price / Availability
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten March 2024

Whilst internal flights are covered for certain itineraries, you will have to make your way to the meeting point for the start of your tour. When booking flights be mindful of departure times and possible delays.
Tip: We suggest that you start comparing prices the moment your deposit is paid to avoid costly flights.

  • J

    Jean

    Asked on March 18th, 2024

Can you cater for my dietary requirements?

    Meals
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten March 2024

We make every effort to include local cuisine on our tours to ensure an authentic experience for you. You'll receive an email before the tour begins, where we'll ask for your dietary preferences. We always have a vegetarian option, and we'll work hard to accommodate any other dietary needs or preferences you may have.

  • B

    Barry

    Asked on March 18th, 2024

Do I need to exchange cash before I leave?

    Payments
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten March 2024

Contactless payment is widely accepted across Europe – it’s best to bring a payment card with no overseas withdrawal fees.
      * Keep in mind that certain optionals are payable in cash to your tour leader whilst on tour. We suggest that you talk to your Tour Leader about when & where to draw cash to pay for the optional excursions.

  • J

    Asked on March 18th, 2024

If I wish to stay longer in the start or end destination, will Expat Explore assist with pre/post-tour accommodation?

    Accommodation
    Travel Support
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten March 2024

While Expat Explore cannot assist with booking pre or post-tour accommodation, we recommend Booking.com for affordable accommodation options prior to and after the tour. If hotel information is available, we can provide you with the details in advance so that you can book accommodation at or nearby the start hotel. Please request this by sending a message through on the conversation page.

  • N

    Nicole

    Asked on March 18th, 2024

Can Expat Explore issue me with a visa?

    Visa
    • Expat Explore TravelOperatorWritten March 2024

While Expat Explore endeavours to stay current on all major entry requirements, we are not a registered visa agent. We are, however, able to make things a little easier by providing you with the required supporting documents for a visa application once your tour is paid in full. It is a requirement of the embassies that tours are paid for in full before visa support documentation is requested and applications are made. When you have made the final payment for your booking, simply reach out to our Customer Support Team to request your visa support documents and confirm which embassy you will be applying to.
