  Egypt is an amazing country and the tour is well designed for it. On the positive side, guides, drivers and coordinating person where always available and very nice people. Our tour was for 4 to 8 people but most of the time we were only 2 people. The Tour could now include the GEM museum (it did not include it since it is new). With regards to hotels, it was a 4stars hotel which in fact it was more of a 3 stars hotel: Barcelo Pyramids: very rundown, you enter from a horrible neighborhood since the metro is under construction in front of it. It is far. We aske for a change of hotel on our way back and, also very mediocre hotel... In Egypt you need to book 5 stars in order to get a 4 stars. Guides where available but upon on arrival is you looking for them more than them looking for you. On the other hand you are in Egypt, a country where maybe you do not feel confortable alone so it is important to get the support from your tour guide. Overall it was a very nice trip but you need to be aware that it is a country where you are a tourist and they try to exploit tourists as much as possible which is really annoying.Show more

  Our 8-day tour of Egypt was a cultural immersion. We explored the bustling city of Cairo, visiting the Al-Azhar Mosque, the Khan el-Khalili bazaar, and the Citadel of Saladin. We then embarked on a desert safari, riding camels, camping under the stars, and witnessing a stunning sunrise over the desert dunes. The highlight was our visit to the White Desert, a surreal landscape of chalk formations.
