  The travel agency helped us to book a fabulous itinerary with first class service , although we had planned our trip at the last minute . we met our lovely guide Sahar . Sahar was such a gem and made our time in Cairo absolutely worth it. Such a caring , funny , kind and very knowledgable guide . We really appreciated how much she prepared for our trip . She had her special book full of information and images , which she used to teach us from . It was very helpful!! She was so patient with our special requests and the cherry on the cake , she even used to bring hot coffee from home to energise ourselves in the bus . She did everything she could to make sure we had an amazing time full of memorable and enriching memories. Thanks to everyone in the team of Luxor & Aswan , we are very grateful to have booked our trip with you. We would recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a smooth and beautiful experience in Egypt . Hope to see you soon.Show more

  The agency was extremely bad. They proved to be inconsistent in communication, incapable of respecting the trip that we booked, both in terms of program and services included. They have been totally disrespectful with us, communicating changes to our trip without any notice, making us wait for hours without the possibility to do anything or go anywhere while they "needed time" because they were "trying to find a solution for accommodation or transports". Ironic, since they had months between the moment when we booked the trip and when we actually did it. Furthermore, they did not keep their word in various occasions. I warmly suggest everyone who is reading this review to go to Egypt, but surely not to go with this agency, otherwise you will have your vacation ruined. To be totally sincere, the guide who accompanied us for the first 3 days in Cairo was the only positive note coming from the tour organizer. He was the only one to give us some information and respect the program we booked. Everyone else we had the "pleasure" to interact with from the agency was a disgrace.Show more

  The service we had from the agency was disappointing, not according to what we booked and payed and not according to what you expect from a travel agency. One month before our trip, we asked several times about the program we were about to have in Egypt, the details about accommodations, cruise and flights and all the respond we had was “it’s all confirmed” and not one single detail about the information we asked. The first days in Cairo were ok, although the hotel was not well located and we didn’t know where we were staying until a day before. According to the program we booked and they confirmed, we had to do two nights at Luxor to see all the different attractions, including one hotel night and checking in the cruise at the next day. In reality without any previous communication they told us we had to do the Luxor tour by night as soon as we arrived because we had to check in at the cruise that same night. It is important to mention that they already booked for us a late flight and this was delayed giving us no time to make the tour correctly, as we expected. We had several discussions with the representatives of this agency and none of them gave us a respond and a solution to the problem so after a long period we met a representative of the agency at the cruise reception and we agreed some solutions with him, that included having a full day at Luxor to see everything and an extra night in Aswan with an additional tour as compensation of the bad coordination they already had. The day we check out of the cruise, we were notified they didn’t manage any hotel night in Aswan, not even an additional tour as we agreed, also they told us there were not flights to Cairo and they wanted to send us there by car or train all night when we had payed for flights. At the end, they booked flight tickets for us the same day… Not a good organization at all! That day we stayed at the cruise reception 3 hours waiting for their response. We had a complete day without doing nothing, beside the day we already lost in Luxor, so we asked to be taken to Alexandria as soon as we arrived to Cairo, but as usual, we didn’t had any respond and no one took the responsibility for anything. When we arrived to Cairo, not even the driver nor the agency gave us any detail about where we were going to be picked up, and nobody answered our calls, we finally got a respond when the tourism police called them. To end the trip, they didn’t pick us from the hotel to go to the airport. As travelers we know there may be adjustments to the program, but the minium for an agency it's having a good communication with the travelers.Show more

  I'd been to Egypt many years ago & now wanted to take my daughter and 8 year old granddaughter. Egypt Tours USA was the best tour company with the perfect 12 Day Luxury Cairo, Nile Cruise & Sharm El Sheikh Holiday tour - all 5 * - hotels, Nile ship & the all-inclusive beach resort on the Red Sea, wonderful! The tour ensured we would see and experience all of the key historic sites. They arranged triple person rooms for us as requested … and we asked for 2 pre-nights at the gorgeous Hilton Cairo Ramses Hotel on the Nile River with its pool, huge arcade of Egyptian & western stores and the Nile River neighborhood - so a 14 day tour for us. Egypt Tours USA did this for us. Working directly with the Egypt Tours USA via emails was fast, efficient and very, very friendly. They were quick to ensure personal requests such as visiting the historic Khan Khalili Bazaar in Cairo. Our tour was to begin July 2 to July 15, 2022. We were so excited and then unfortunately, due to unexpected personal reasons, I had to cancel the tour just one month after booking it.Egypt Tours USA was very understanding and sympathetic. They arranged to be able refund almost all of my deposit and I was relieved and happy. I have been so impressed by their knowledge of all of Egypt, the expert content of their tours and quick, friendly professionalism. We are looking forward to being able to take this exact tour with them sometime in the future. I do feel they are 5 star themselves and the best tour company for exploring Egypt.Show more
